In most cases, a few seconds. For more technical processing, it can take a couple of minutes, but in either case - it's fairly quick.
We use a token system that is cheaper the more you buy, but total number of tokens to generate an image is always displayed BEFORE you commit to running a project, so you'll always know exactly how much is required.
For any generations that do not complete for technical reasons (for example a server malfunction), we refund the token cost back to your account. Any projects that have utilized incorrect input parameters, we assess refunds manually.
We strongly recommend using the free trial balance to hone your workflow.
While we'd love to be able to give out free tokens or just outright offer a free version of the service, the unfortunate truth is that it costs money to operate heavy compute services. The pricing is a fair balance that covers our costs, while providing you ready-when you are, on-demand service.
Only if you choose to purchase an upgrade package / subscription. Simply using the service does not normally incur a monthly fee (in fact you can sign-up for our trial without a credit card). Any storage boosts (or other upgrades) can be purchased with the option to not recur automatically.
You will not be able to generate new images if you do not have enough token balance, or your account doesn't not have enough storage quota. Anything on your account will stay available for you to view or download, however, if your storage exceeds the default quota for more than 90-days without an upgrade / boost, we may archive / delete your projects to recover storage space
